How does it work?
I understand the importance of every detail of event planning. Whether you are planning your wedding, a bridal shower, tea party, or any other event I know you want it to be perfect. We can discuss your taste, color palette, overall theme, style preference, and your budget. I am happy to speak with you over the phone, in person, and through email. Then, based on our discussions, I will select the perfect mismatched pieces for your event.
Can I choose my dishes?
My collection is based on mismatched pieces and several of my pieces are one of a kind. Therefore, I can't promise specific pieces. We will speak throughly about what you love and about what you do not care for at all. I will send pictures as I am planning your selections. I have hand picked the pieces in my collection and know it well!
How much are your rentals?
My rental prices can be found on the pricing/packages page on this site. If there are items you wish to rent and have a question regarding their fee you may contact me and I will provide the rental fee to you. When you decide to book Dish It Out for your event, you will pay a non refundable 20% fee of the total cost of your rentals in order to hold the items for your date (this is outlined in your contract). Final payment is due the week before your items are to be delivered or picked up.
What if something breaks?
Accidents do you happen! I ask that you let anyone handling my china know it needs to be handled with care. Should an item be damaged due to negligence causing it to be unable to be rented again, the cost for replacement is 5x's the rental fee.
Do you deliver?
Yes! Please contact me for a delivery quote. Delivery charges are based on mileage from my Amelia Island (Northeast Florida). I want to be accommodating to all off my clients and will keep delivery charges at a resasonabls rate. For smaller rentals you can contact me about picking these up yourself from me.
Who washes all these dishes?
Dish It Out does all the dish washing! After your event, all items need to be carefully scraped free of solids and then repacked in the same manner they were delivered. If you need Dish It Out to setup or repack the items contact me to discuss my charges.
Does Dish It Out style my plates?
If you'd like me to pre style your plate settings or style them at your venue, I can do this for you. Fees for this are based on the number of items and the time needed to style. I love setting the perfect table!
Can I view your inventory?
My inventory is ever changing and growing! If you'd like to come take a look, please call me to arrange a time for you to stop in.
