Western Boho Fall Styled Shoot

It’s fall and although the weather isn’t really reflective of the season, the fall wedding season is still in full gear! My calendar is filling up with weddings and I’m excited about all of them! It’s going to be a busy wedding season. Before things get to crazy busy, I was able to fit in a couple styled shoots.

I am always up for a styled shoot when Boho is part of the theme! When Haley from LH Photography of Amelia Island asked me if I wanted to participate in a fall western boho shoot at the incredible barn venue; Cottonwood Ranch in Northeast Florida I was all over it! My creative wheels were turning when I started to think about the table decor I wanted to use. I had a pretty good idea right away what plates I wanted to use. My Mikasa autumn plates were just begging to go to the shoot! I played around with different goblets and decided on some amber ones. A quick trip into Hobby Lobby one afternoon lead me to some resin animal skulls and I knew I just had to use them! I had made a few dream catchers several months ago, and last minute decided to bring them. I’m so glad that I did! They looked great tied to the backs of the sweet heart table chairs.

Carla from Event Decor and More in Jacksonville, Florida contacted me about setting up a lounge area for the shoot and I decided on doing a teacart bar as part of our lounge. I was stoked about the Buffalo Trace Distillery on the rock glasses I had for the cart. How perfect were they for the western vibe? Our lounge area looked great and I’m thinking every wedding needs one!

The pictures from this shoot turned out amazing! If you’re needing some fall or boho wedding inspiration then check out these pictures. Great things happen when great wedding vendors get together!

Boho Beach Wedding

Bride Audrey, had the most incredible boho inspired wedding at Jacksonville Beach, Florida!  Dish It Out was thrilled to be a part of the table decor for this wedding!  This boho wedding really showed how vintage can be used in a unique way!

Audrey gave me a call after she had given up her search of goblets for her wedding.  She had quickly realized it would be much easier to rent the goblets.  Renting would allow her to use her time for other aspects of wedding planning and give her more time to relax as a beautiful bride to be!

When Audrey told me her wedding would be boho inspired I knew just what goblets I wanted to use.  I was excited to have my flaming orange goblets make their first wedding appearance.  These babies stood out in the best kind of way in the wedding pictures!

If you’re looking for a unique way to incorporate vintage and mismatched at your wedding, then get inspired by this boho beach wedding!

Equestrian Styled Shoot

So many great details in this Equestrian Theme Styled Shoot!  From the horse shoes on the plates, to the trophies used for vases and champagne buckets, and the real horses!  This shoot had it all!  Lots of planning and many great wedding vendors from the Jacksonville, Amelia Island, and Gainesville area made this shoot amazing.

The central color palette was yellow with hints of green, pink, and gold.  Yellow florals were used for the centerpieces, bouquet, and for the groom’s boutineere.  The cake was adorned with hand painted yellow flowers and topped with a gold equestrian style belt.  The table was set with mismatched china and goblets of pinks, yellows, and green.

A mint julep bar cart was set up using a vintage tea cart.  Vintage barware, decanters, and vintage smoking pipes were added to the cart and it looked great! Tea carts are great to use as a bar cart.

The bride and groom rocked the pipe props!  I had been wanting to use them for awhile and this shoot was the perfect opportunity!

I am thrilled to have been a part of this shoot!
